Refund Policy – Dharma Torus

Each Dharma Torus pendant is individually handcrafted with care, intention, and precision in Norway.

Because many of our pieces are made to order and customized with specific crystals, colors, and intentions, we have the following policy:

Returns (Ready-Made Pieces Only)

Returns are accepted for non-custom, ready-made pieces within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused

• In original packaging

• In original condition

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom orders

• Personalized crystal selections

• Made-to-order pieces

• Seven Chakra customized versions

• Luminous with crystal additions

These items are created specifically for the buyer and cannot be resold.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

After this time, your Dharma Torus enters the creation process and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will make it right.
